About me professionally:

I am happy to say that I am finally considered a native to the Kansas lands.  I moved to Manhattan Kansas in 1990 and began my education at Kansas State University.  I graduated from the Family Studies and Human Services Department with an emphasis in Community Services in 1995.  I then proceeded to get a Master in Family Studies and Human Services with an emphasis in Adolescent Counseling.

I have worked in many areas of human services.  I started my private practice in the summer of 2003 and continue to expand my services.  I am now able to provide many services and guidance to individuals, couples, families, both adolescents and adults who don't happen to live in the immediate area with the help from technology via virtual coaching.

Providing services to the community is my passion whether it be in a therapeutic setting or educaitonal workshop.  This is my calling and I truly believe I am where I suppose to be.

The Lees, Caylor, Elzerman, Conroy, Garmand, Carter, Edwards, Gabriel, Flaherty, Hayslip and Pretsch are family!

Whether you encompass the nuclear, immediate, extended, Half, Step (Blended) or In-Law you are considered Family!  We are one big happy group that loves and supports one another.  We do not look at titles nor do we consider anyone person to be more important than the next.  We are firm believers that; as my wife puts it so well . . .

"God gave us enough love in our hearts to love everyone the same"

I have a beautiful wife,Tera and two wonderful step children, Sydney and Ethan.  Together we enjoy all the things a typical family does.  We also love to keep in close contact with our families; that stretch across the United States.

Where I Grew up in Ohio!

Together we have family stretched from Alaska clear to Georgia.  Back to Arizona and then up to Ohio and Tennessee area.  Oh yes and . . . we can't forget Kansas and Missouri.
